Did you mean your applications, like save games.
Because you cant get saved games back.

If thats not you ment there must be a reason why you cant sync with you computer for them.
so no you cant get them back.

Hi you have 3 options…

(1) Connect your iPhone & then go to the Applications Tab on your extreme right (Not the one under library) . > Then check the box that says “Sync Applications ” > And then the box that says “Sync All” > Then hit the “Apply” on lower right corner.
Syncing will start & Everything is back on your iPhone.

(2) In case that does not bring things back , then try to retreive from some Previous Back-Ups (if available) ; Right Click on your iPhones name under Devices , on your left & Then Click on “Restore from Backup” > Then select the latest backup , or the one you think your Applications/Games are in.

(3) The last option is to buy them again , Dont worry , you will not have to pay for any Re-Puerchases if the contents were from iTunes store. Even if u buy the same App/Game as many times under the same Apple ID.
By chance your credit card statement shows that you have been charged , you can call iTunes Store Billing Dept & Get it waived Off.
