well they make a waterproof setup for i pods but its not speakers its just the i pod itself i have seen them forsale in surf shops etc

I can’t say firsthand, but I would suggest you just not use it in the shower. After all, you should only be in there a few minutes anyway, and you shouldn’t risk buying a contraption that might drop your iPod in the water.
