I’ve added videos before and it has worked fine, but recently it has started to not sync. When i add the movie it says it is synced, but when i look on my ipod it does not have the movie. It plays on itunes and on itunes it says its on my ipod, but it does not show up. i did click it and it is an mp4 file…it said that in the question
