He descargado el software más reciente de iTunes, reinicia mi equipo y mi ipod y que todavía no la actualización o sincronización. Ganchos hasta que todo lo demás bien, pero no funciona en mi ordenador. ¿Qué puedo hacer para conseguir que la sincronización con el ordenador?

Use ur UBS cable

Make sure you are using the appropriate USB cable, which is its own, from Apple. It should come with one. If you aren’t using its own, then that may be the problem.

Also, if that isn’t the problem, make sure iTunes is up to date and that you have the latest version.
