A few months ago, I had to restore my pc for registration problems. I found out that when I connect my Ipod to my (empty) pc, itunes would update it witch means that I would lose everything on my Ipod… I used “music resue” for my music and use “yamipod” to transfer my music without itunes. But I still can’t use Itunes to transfer my pictures. What should I do?

You are confusing yourself and everyone else. There’s several options on your itunes menu where you dont have update or lose all your music and pictures from your ipod. You can keep adding or removing pictures and music whenever you want you just have to figure it out my friend.
