uso realplayer es gratis y que siempre funciona, esto sería una solución temporal porque si no puede evaluar la situación comprobar los cables y apple.com para intentar ayudar a los debates

Try reseting your ipod by holding menu and the middle circle button. Then your ipod will flash black then show the apple logo then it goes back to your menu screen. That happened to me but if that doesn’t work then try going to the help section of itunes. Post a comment
